Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health, is the official sports medicine partner of Parkland Area Soccer Club. This partnership provides our athletes and their families with accelerated, 24/7 access to world-class orthopedic care, sports nutrition, and performance training.
Sports Medicine & Injury Care (Preferred Access)
As part of the PASC family, you get expedited access to the region's top Sports Medicine Orthopedic team. Do not wait in the ER for a sports injury.

- • How to get care: Complete the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant form below to seek expedited care. If you don't hear back the same day, email the Care Coordination Team at athletecare@jefferson.edu.
Sports Nutrition
LVHN offers personalized 1-on-1 analysis, tailored meal plans, and educational resources led by licensed clinical sports dietitians.

Sports Performance Training
Looking for a competitive edge? LVHN offers personal, semi-personal, and team sports performance training sessions administered by Certified Sports Performance Specialists.

ExpressCare Video Visits (Same-Day)
For non-orthopedic issues like skin rashes, coughs, or infections, LVHN offers on-demand telehealth visits.
- • How to get care: Log in to your MyLVHN account, confirm your location, and select "Walk-in/Video Visit".
Parkland Area Soccer Club and families shall not be obligated to seek medical care from LVHN, any physician, or any affiliate of LVHN at any time whatsoever. PASC and athletes are free to choose any hospital, health care facility, provider, or physician for medical care.
