The Micro/Kinder Program is for the youngest players (age 4-6) where the core focus is on the development of skills and fun.

The U4-U6 Micro/Kinder players participate in 1 soccer related event per week on a Tuesday evening. The program is designed for our youngest players and will focus on fundamentals and fun.  The group will be split into coed teams for the season weekly.  These teams allow us to break the kids down into smaller groups for small group team drills.

Each session will follow the same outline:

Activity Time (minutes) - Max 60 minutes
Large Group Warm-Up with Trainer (footwork warm-up) 10-15
Team Drills (Physical/Technique) 20-30
Scrimmage 10-15

The scrimmages at the end of each session are for fun.  There is no score keeping.  In fact you may see us adjust teams to have more fun and equally matched games!

The program is offered in the fall and spring, with the fall session starting after Labor Day and the spring session starting in mid-April.
